The Mason-Dixon Wine Trail, with locations in both Maryland and Pennsylvania, is celebrating its fourth annual Wine Just off the Vine event for two weekends: Nov. 10-11 and Nov. 17-18. Join winemaking experts and go behind-the-scenes to learn the secrets of pressing wine.

More than 20 participating wineries will have samples from this year’s harvest, including reds, whites, and even a chocolate wine in one location. Choose from four different sample wine trail itineraries when planning your visit, or dedicate a day for each!

Standard tickets for the event are just $15. Tickets include a souvenir wine glass, wine tastings, winemaker presentations, and a 10 percent discount at select wineries. And, it gets better: the standard tickets are valid for both weekends, allowing unlimited visits to all of the wineries on the trail. Add a designated driver ticket for an additional $5.

For a night out, go to a Meet the Winemaker dinner on Friday, Nov. 16. Choose from three different meals featuring wines paired with cuisine from local restaurants. Vintners will be present to answer questions. Dinner tickets range from $61 to $65 per person.

In need of a mid-autumn getaway? Select one of the VinoCation packages exclusive to the Wine Just off the Vine event and relax for a whole weekend. The package accommodations range from full-service hotels to historic bed and breakfasts or RV parks for the more adventurous visitors.
