The other evening, I took advantage of working downtown and walked to the offices of interior designer Mona Hajj where I joined her and other guests to celebrate the publication of her first book, “Mona Hajj: Interior Visions.”
For years, Chesapeake Home + Living has been featuring Mona and her work, and it’s safe to say she’s one of the top designers in the region, with an aesthetic that is at once pretty, calming, sophisticated, classic, cosmopolitan, and unique.
The evening event was well attended and a great chance to catch up with some of the top home design industry pros in the region.
On hand were architects David Gleason and Wayne Good, landscape architects Scott Rykiel and Jay Graham, furniture designer David Wiesand, photographer Erik Kvalsvik (who photographed about 2/3 of Mona’s book), Brian Lawrence of Style Magazine, and others.
Stayed tuned for a full review of this beautiful new book in an upcoming print edition of the magazine. Or, CLICK HERE to purchase a copy today.
