Petit Louis webWe just found out Tony Foreman and Cindy Wolf, one of our favorite culinary duos, are in negotiations to open a fifth restaurant later this year. The restaurateurs, of Petit Louis Bistro and Pazo fame, announced the concept for the American cuisine restaurant today.

The new restaurant, which has yet to be named, will serve dinner nightly, with lunch served on select days during the week. It is scheduled to open in the fall or early winter and the menu will be family friendly, reasonably priced and feature American and new world wines.

Foreman and Wolf’s new concept will occupy the lower level of the historic Roland Park shopping center, with an entrance located on the north/west side of the project. A casual, lively interior will take over the former deli space, with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings.

To the east, a stylish and comfortable restaurant and bar with fresh, historic elements will replace the space formerly occupied by Long & Foster. Petit Louis, an upscale French bistro, is located in the same shopping center at 4800 Roland Avenue.

Once open, the restaurant will seat 100 guests and is projected to employ 25 employees. Foreman and Wolf also own and operate Charleston, Cinghiale, BIN 604 and BIN 604 Wine Sellers–all located in Baltimore. For more information on Foreman Wolf, please visit foremanwolf.com.
